Our calendar is currently open for upcoming dates 15 August - 10 October 2025. Modern and thoughtfully designed, this private 2-bedroom villa (approx. 100m²) is tucked away in a quiet pocket of Canggu, Bali — close to cafes, shops, and everything you need, yet just far enough from the main road to enjoy peace and privacy. With a minimalist tropical aesthetic and practical features, it’s ideal for couples, digital nomads, or small families looking for a peaceful, functional space to unwind. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, air purifier, ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom offers two king-single beds and its own ensuite — perfect for friends or children. Both rooms have smart TV's. Downstairs, the open-plan living space is bright and airy, with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, rice cooker, blender, filtered water), a 3-seater sofabed, and fast, stable Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) with modems positioned throughout the villa for strong coverage. Step outside to enjoy a separate outdoor area with a private plunge pool surrounded by lush greenery and two bean bag floaties for pool use. Extras include a walking pad, exercise bike (professional-grade), yoga mats, a smart TV with Netflix, and a washing machine. Cleaning is provided every 2–3 days. This is a comfortable home base in one of Bali’s most popular areas — functional, relaxed, and easy to live in. A one time deep cleaning fee of IDR 500,000 is billed upon arrival. Security Deposit and Electricity Charges: A refundable deposit of IDR 5,000,000 (or equivalent in your currency) is required to cover potential damages, electricity usage (charges are approximately 2 - 3 million per month for 2 people), and any losses. The balance will be refunded after deducting electricity usage, which will be recorded and shared at check-out.
