Getting Around
Chichester’s historic city centre is uniquely laid out in a cross-shaped plan, with four main pedestrian-friendly high streets that meet at the 15th-century Chichester Cross. Each street - North, South, East, and West Street - all have their own character and points of interest.
We live right between East and South Street.

We are a sporty family of 4, with a British dad and a German mum, our boys are almost 7 and nearly 4. We love spending time outdoors, playing with Lego, drawing and reading rather than in front of screens. Most of our holidays are spent in Germany visiting family and spending time in the Black Forest.
Before having children, we loved to travel the world, and now that the boys are a bit older, we’re excited to embark on new adventures together.
We live in central Chichester, a charming city right on the south coast of England which is known for its historic architecture and vibrant community. Our home is just 150 meters from the Cathedral and 275 meters from the train station, providing direct trains to London (1.5 hrs), Brighton (1hr) etc.
Nearby attractions include:
West Wittering: a beautiful sandy beach just 12 km away
Goodwood: famous for horse racing and motor sports, just 4 km away
South Downs National Park: 12 km away, perfect for scenic walks and bike rides
We’re a warm, respectful, and reliable family and we’re looking forward to sharing experiences and discovering new places together.
