General Overview

A half a mile walk to the tropical South Florida Atlantic Ocean beaches. Three blocks to Downtown Delray Beach with shops, restaurants, entertainment and annual festivals. Beautiful IPIC Movie Theater 2 blocks away. So much to do in this tropical paradise. Home is a one bedroom with a queen size bed. The sofa pulls out into a queen size bed making it good for a child.

The Space

A newly remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage with a full kitchen. Decadent bathroom with rain shower. Private washer and dryer. Outdoor space with BBQ adorned with topical bamboo and palms.

Guest Access

First floor. Easy to move throughout. But not handicap accessible.

Notes

Downtown Delray Beach is a well known, tropical, South Florida destination vacation spot.

Neighbourhood

World class restaurants, boutique shops, outdoor entertainment, annual art festivals, with a wonderful Pin Ball Museum. Beach is just a few minutes walk.

Getting to my home

Once arriving at the Bamboo Cottage, everything is walkable in town and to the beaches.

Nearest airport

Best airport is West Palm Beach (PBI). Only a 15-20 minutes drive. Fort Lauderdale and Miami, ok too. But 45 minutes to FLL and 1 hour to Miami.

Getting Around

You can rent golf carts and bicycles in town. You’ll need a car of your own if you want to explore further in South Florida.
