Presence of free-range hens.
Presence of an unsecured fish pond in the garden (watch out for children). 
Free and very easy parking in the garden.
Saint Sernin du Bois is located 20 minutes from the Creusot Montceau TGV station which will take you to Paris in 1 hour 15 minutes or to Lyon in 50 minutes.
The Burgundy Grands Crus Wine Route is close (40 minutes from Beaune)
