General Overview

Timber frame house in a small, quiet village, close to a lake. A large room of 41 m² with a dining table that can be converted into a billiard table, 3 bedrooms (an adult bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a single bed. Free Wi-Fi. Bed linen provided. Towels not provided. Large green land of 3361 m² enclosed with outdoor bar, unheated above-ground swimming pool of 6.10m x 3.75 m x 1.20 m (not secure, attention to children, open only from May 1st to mid-September), petanque court, barbecue, drying rack, children's play hut, 2 swings with swings and 1 trampoline. Presence of free-range hens. Presence of an unsecured fish pond in the garden (watch out for children). Free and very easy parking in the garden. Saint Sernin du Bois is located 20 minutes from the Creusot Montceau TGV station which will take you to Paris in 1 hour 15 minutes or to Lyon in 50 minutes. The Burgundy Grands Crus Wine Route is close (40 minutes from Beaune)
