The 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and a beautiful garden outlook. There is a 2nd bathroom with bathtub on the lower level and an additional guest bathroom on the upper floor. The open plan fully equip kitchen has stunning views over the courtyard to the west facing escarpment. There is ample shaded undercover outdoor entertaining area with a large 10 seater timber dining table outdoor lounge suit on the east facing verandah overlooking 180 degrees of ocean from Cape Byron Lighthouse to Broken Head.

Guest Access

Access to the house is via a covered entranceway. The house showcases a large timber staircase to the lower level via the open plan living area on the upper floor.

Neighbourhood

This ideally located holiday home is a short 7 min drive to the heart of Byron Bay's famous cafes restaurants and Surf Beaches and boutiques. Suffolk Park, is a renowned laid back beachside suburb minutes from Byron's busy town centre. Here you are strategically located just south of Byron's busy town centre and a short drive to Ballina's commercial centre, and easy access via several connecting roads to Byron Bay's Hinterland Villages. Enjoy a short 10 minute e-bike ride from the house to the famous Tallows Beach, golf course, and grocery store. The Suffolk Park tavern, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, liquor store, and post office is also a 3 minute drive or 10 minute e-bike ride along a safe connected footpath from the house.

Getting to my home

Fly to Brisbane International Airport and get an easy airport to door transfer to the house (2.5 hours total). Within Australia fly to Ballina / Byron Gateway Airport. The house is a 25 minute drive from the airport, or arrange a private transfer direct to the house. Gold Coast Airport, Coolangatta is located about 45 minutes north. Private transfers are available to the house.

Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is the closes airport. Gold Coast airport 45 minutes away, or Brisbane International Airport 1.5 hour drive away.

Getting Around

E-bikes are provided with the house. A car is possible as part of the exchange or you may rent a car locally. Local transport and buss stops are also conveniently located near the house.
