General Overview

Our condo-style apartment is newly built, with a very spacious living room and two large bedrooms. We have a front and back balcony, with a table set in the front balcony to enjoy some tea or wine while observing the beautiful sunsets. Our home is equipped with all of the kitchen tools you might need (except for a dishwasher!). We have a washer and dryer for laundry, a bathtub and shower, and, most importantly, a well-working AC unit that cools the apartment down very quickly in the summer heat. We also have a high chair for babies, as well as a bedside bassinet sleeper, a diaper changing table, as well as floor-beds if you co-sleep with your baby or children. THE AREA -We live a 5-minute walk from the famous "P'tit Train du Nord" bike trail (234 km all across the Quebec Laurentians!). -We are a 10-minute drive away from beautiful lakeside beaches -Under 10 minute drive from the charming villages of Val-David and Sainte-Agathe, where you can find lots of attractions (or 15-20 minute bikeride). There are many nature parks within a 30-minute drive from our home, and the bike path has many 'hidden' river swimming spots. There is so much to discover for outdoor enthusiasts! There are many restaurants, all of the major supermarkets are a short drive away (including Metro grocery store which is under 10 minutes walk away). Other nearby stores for food and goods include: walmart, maxi, Giant Tiger, Bourassa Gift-shops, restaurants and boutiques can be found in the villages of Sainte-Agathe and Val-David (Val-David is a must see!)
