General overview

Our villa is located in Siesta Key, FL on Crescent (Siesta Key) Beach, FAMOUS for its powdery, sugar white sand and being VOTED #1 beach in the USA. It is completely renovated and professionally decorated. An Olympic sized saltwater swimming pool with plenty of room for lounging in the sun or reading in the shade of an umbrella table, is located adjacent to the clubhouse. Our guests are welcomed in the clubhouse game room, with pool tables, Ping-Pong table, TV and lending library. Private parking, laundry facilities and management are on site for your convenience. Our Florida vacation rental is close to many great Sarasota Florida golf courses for your golfing enjoyment. I will be happy to email the list of courses. The space

Features include 2 Bedrooms, 1Bath sleeping six with 1King and 2 queen beds. The kitchen is furnished and well equipped for eating and cooking. Enjoy morning coffee or dining on the screened Lanai. We are located GULFSIDE in the Resort of The Casa Blanca. It is just two villas away from the most expansive part of Crescent (Siesta Key) sugary white sandy beach. The Beach has complimentary cabanas and beach chairs We offer a 60” Smart TV in the living room each bedroom has a television. The master BR has a King bed and the second BR has 2 Queens. It can accommodate up to a family of 6. The bath has a large walk in shower. We also have an outdoor rinse off shower with hot and cold features. Free Secured WIFI and a BBQ which is included in the Rental!

Notes

We tried to think of everything you may need during your stay. Why confine yourself to a hotel room, when you can have the whole villa to yourselves! We are in the Resort of The Casa Blanca having on site management and reservation office in the event you may need something when you arrive. Enjoy the magnificent unsurpassed sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Visitors come make your reservation early and enjoy 'Another Day in Paradise'.
