Two-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, Near City Center This two-bedroom, third-floor apartment is located very close to the railway station, just outside the city center. The apartment is 69m² (approximately 743 sq ft) and features a glazed west-facing balcony. In the living room, you'll find a 65" TV with Netflix, a PS4, and a Bluetooth speaker. The apartment offers 200M internet/Wi-Fi, a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and a free parking spot in the yard. Bed linen and towels are included with your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Moccamaster coffee maker, kettle, toaster, tableware, cleaning supplies, coffee essentials, and spices.

The Space

In the master bedroom, there is a 160cm wide double bed. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has two 80cm wide single beds. The balcony is glazed and is towards West with nice sunsets. The apartment has one shower/toilet, so guests should be aware of this. An iron and ironing board are available for pressing clothes. Likewise, a washing machine and drying rack are included in the apartment's amenities. A children's high chair is available if needed. The building has an elevator.
