Just 10 minutes away from ferry dock The building is next to a big super market. Main floor has one convenience store and a fancy sushi restaurants. Other dining options just across the street.

Cozumel is a small island, so drive from the airport is nor far. And is only 10 minutes walking distance from ferry dock

Cozumel airport is very close, also you can arrive via ferry from playa del carmen (1 hour drive from Cancun airport)
