Garden apartment in central Bath in a large Georgian Property built in 1762. Formerly the kitchens of the grand house. Fully refurbished to a high quality. 1 bedroom with king size bed for 2 people. Shower room, fully equipped kitchen and living room with seating for 4. There is a sofa bed but it is a short one and would only suit one very short adult or a child. I have owned this property for 10 years and brought the building back into good repair. It is used as an Airbnb and is professionally managed so there is a linen & cleaning fee of £50 per stay - I live in Bath but am not always around. Great central location in historic Bath. One flight of steps down to the garden level
