General Overview
Light, open, and airy condo right in the heart of Boulder. One block off Pearl Street. Super location. Very private. Wall of glass doors across the back lets in lots of light and provides access to large deck for 3 season use.
The Space
One bedroom with queen bed (small bedroom) and the second bed is a Murphy bed in the study. The bedroom and study are connected by a long closet/laundry/bath area )several doors to maintain privacy). Living room with fireplace, and dining area are open concept. Kitchen has all almost everything you'd want. Boulder has superb restaurants but the fresh markets are amazing if you want to cook at home.
Guest Access
There are 2-3 stairs going into the condo as well as a sunken living room.
Notes
The Murphy bed works as a queen bed and the curtains for the glass doors are blackout so sleeping in that area is not a problem. The bathroom area does provide two separate dressing areas, vanities, and closets so it is private enough if needed. But there is only one bathroom.

Tons of great restaurants, shops, and galleries. In the summer lots of street performers. Walkable to the bus station with a 45 minute ride to the airport.

It is a 10 minute walk from the bus station.

45 minutes from Denver International Airport.
Getting Around
Totally walkable to downtown Boulder. You'll want a car to go to neighboring cities or if you plan on going on day trips to the mountains.
