We’re happy to offer our simple, authentic Albanian villa for a home exchange! Located in the peaceful Sauk/Farkë district, just 5 minutes from TEG shopping mall and a short drive from central Tirana, our home is ideal for families or travelers looking to experience everyday life in Albania while enjoying plenty of space, privacy, and sunshine. This is not a luxury stay—but it’s clean, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished to make your travels easier and lighter. We love sharing our home with like-minded guests who value local charm and practical comforts.

The Space

🛏 Home Layout: • Upstairs: 3 bedrooms + 1 full bathroom • 2 bedrooms with European queen beds • 1 bedroom with a single bed • All bedrooms have air conditioning • Main floor: Open-concept living/dining/kitchen with AC, a second bathroom, and a foyer with a washing machine • Please note: the staircase has no railings, which may not be suitable for toddlers or guests with limited mobility.

Guest Access

🌿 Outdoor Space: • Private above-ground pool for cooling off in summer • Enclosed garden with lemon, orange, and pomegranate trees • Secure parking for two vehicles • Quiet, residential street with a local market just steps away

Notes

Our home uses a large water-holding tank, filled by the city almost daily. When used conservatively, it’s perfectly suitable for families. The home has a reverse osmosis system but in Albania bottled water is recommended for drinking.
