General Overview

Our fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with an office and a detached garage sits on a gentle sloping hillside overlooking a beautiful valley that is home to the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. The house seems much larger than its 2300 square feet because breakfast coffee, lunch and dinner are usually served outside, year round on the back patio overlooking the valley and the beautiful Southern California sunrises and sunsets. The master suite has sliding glass doors that open into the garden as well as a sitting area with an Apple TV and an electric fireplace. The large master en-suite bathroom has a walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub and separate shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a trundle with plenty of extra space for additional kids toys. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, a desk and a Prusa 3D printer. Both of these bedrooms share the second full bathroom. One side of the kitchen looks out over the open floorplan living room and through a large window into the valley below, while the other side looks through a bay window into the front garden. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and is fully equipped with new, stainless steel appliances and many amenities including an air fryer, a blender, an instant pot, a bread making machine, etc. It also has a breakfast bar as well as a breakfast nook with its own exit to the garden and orchard. The back patio has an amazing view over the orchard into the San Pasqual Valley as well as two dining tables and a sitting area that are shaded throughout the day by an awning and a large tree with a swing. The office has two desks, a printer, high speed wireless internet that reaches through the entire house and a very well stocked library. There is also a large, expandable dining table, an electric piano and a laundry room with a large washer and dryer. In addition to a mountain bike and an electric mountain bike, the detached garage contains a Level 2 charger for EVs and an EV that is available for swapping as well.
