General Overview

Victoria is well-known for its history, culture, restaurants and outdoor activities. There are three beaches within a 15- minute drive, and downtown Victoria’s famous inner harbour is about the same distance away. There are wonderful scenic bike routes, and many fun activities like the Artcade, an interactive art gallery waiting for you to discover.

The Space

This cozy, elegant space offers four bedrooms, a full kitchen and a well-appointed living room. We have a picnic table for outdoor dining, and the best Italian bakery in town is only a stone’s throw away. We are 2SLGBT+ friendly, and are set up with everything you might need during your stay. Our house has two bedrooms with double (full) beds on the main floor, and two bedrooms with a queen bed and twin (single) bed on the lower floor. It has two full bathrooms, one with a tub. The living room and kitchen are located on the main floor. Downstairs you will find a comfortable seating area. There is a self-inflating double air mattress available for additional sleeping space. Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, French press coffee maker, air fryer, personal blender, hand blender, toaster oven, dishwasher. The outdoor space has a garden and picnic table.

Guest Access

Accessibility information: - There are 9 stairs up to the front door, and 5 stairs down to the back door of the house. (There is no ground level entrance.) - Access to the bathroom is quite narrow (19" at the narrowest point, which is 29" from the floor). - The stairs down to the basement are very narrow (23"), with walls on either side. It is possible to hold the walls on the way up/down, but there is no railing.

Getting Around

The #6 bus to downtown stops one block from the house, and comes about every 10 minutes during the day, with services starting at approximately 05:30 AM and ending around midnight on weekdays.
