We are in a beautiful neighborhood just 3 blocks from Main Street with all its coffee shops, restaurants and the local library. It is one block from Davidson College with all its green spaces and historic buildings. Our house is a charming brick house built around the 1930s. Hundred year old oak trees line our street and provide shade throughout the summer. We are also open to letting swappers use our car to explore the area - it's a little over an hour drive into the mountains where you can hike around the Blue Ridge Parkway, and explore Asheville or other mountain towns.
The Space
We have two large bedrooms in the back of the house (one is the master bedroom and one is set up as a kids room) and a front room with a daybed that we use for guests. Large kitchen with everything you need, as well as a washer/dryer. There is a spacious backyard with a couple of garden beds that longterm swappers are welcome to use!

Neighbourhood
We are in historic downtown Davidson. Our favorite coffee shop, Summit, is just down the road, plus some really great restaurants and on Saturdays there is a wonderful farmers market! If you have kids, there are playgrounds and plenty of green spaces within walking distance. There is also Lake Norman about ten minutes by car.
Getting to my home
Fly into CLT airport or if you're driving we are just off I-77
Nearest airport
Charlotte International Airport is a 30 minute drive from our house.
Getting Around
There are lots of local shops in walking distance. For groceries and to explore outside of town you'll likely want to rent a car (or we are open to letting you use ours). We also have a couple of bikes you could use.
