General Overview

Our home is a bright, cheerful family nest in the 17th district, right on the border of the 18th – quiet enough for a suburban feel, but only a short tram ride (about 15 minutes) from the hustle and bustle of Vienna. And you can be in the Vienna Woods just as quickly when the longing for greenery arises. The apartment has a lot of light on both sides. On one side, the sunrise greets you over a quiet courtyard where children can play undisturbed. On the other side, a small square with trees, a playground awaits – and in the evening the sunset, which makes the living room even more golden. Inside, everything is set to be cosy and family-friendly: a small children's room with a floor bed, a walk-through bedroom with a large 2×2-metre family bed, an airy kitchen--living room and a large, sunny living room. If visitors come or someone needs extra space, there is a large sofa bed in the living room and a small sofa bed in the eat-in kitchen. In addition, a cozy old easy-care cat named Rayu lives here. Who might have to be taken care of. Because a baby and a four-year-old live here, there are plenty of toys, books and little favorite places. And our balcony is the place for coffee, evening air and short breaks in between. The house community is friendly, safe and uncomplicated. If desired, we can also share a car (a reliable 7 seater) and our electric cargo bike Chike with a children's cabin. Overall, our apartment is a sunny, warm place – perfect for families who want to experience Vienna in a quiet, green and yet wonderfully accessible way.
