We have a large 4-5 bedroom home with a pool and water views on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

The Space

Large open plan living space upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen, a covered deck off the kitchen with views across the coast. Master bedroom and bathroom and study upstairs. Downstairs are 3 queen size bedrooms plus a media room that can be converted to a queen size bedroom if need be. Second bathroom downstairs. A large undercover patio/entertaining area downstairs next to the large pool.. Quiet neighbourhood

Neighbourhood

Currimundi is otherwise known at ‘Curradise’. We are a 5 min drive to the local beach, a lovely quiet beach great for surf and to take your dog. Bike and walking paths near by. We have a large lake 10 min walk away, great for swimming/kayaking. We are a 7 min drive to the closest beachside/tourist town, Caloundra. We are a 2 min drive to a large supermarket. We have a bus stop 2 min walk.

Getting to my home

Closest international airport is Brisbane, 1.5hr drive. Some flights are to the Sunshine Coast airport, 30 min drive. Train from Brisbane is possible, with a bus ride from train station to our house, would be around 2.5-3hrs.

Getting Around

A car is recommended to get around. Can walk to large supermarket,10 min walk. A bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Can ride bikes along tracks to shops and beaches.
