Nestled in the peaceful countryside of Ireland’s west, our spacious home feels like a retreat—elegantly decorated with thoughtful touches, full of light, and designed for comfort. We love the tranquility of the outdoors: lush gardens, quiet patios, and spots to read, dine, or simply daydream while listening to birdsong. It’s a slice of serenity just 10 minutes from a lively town and within reach of Galway City’s vibrant energy—a hub for music, arts, and festivals. We’re surrounded by nature’s best: windswept beaches, rugged coastline, the iconic Cliffs of Moher, and endless opportunities to explore the Wild Atlantic Way. What we cherish most is waking up to stillness, hosting family dinners with a view, and stepping outside to endless sky and green.

Downstairs: 1 x Large kitchen and sunroom with kitchen island and large dining table, opening onto outdoor patio and outdoor dining space. 1 xLarge sitting room, overlooking front of house with couches, chairs, beanbags! 1 x Bathroom with bathtub & shower. 1 x Bedroom with King size bed, electric piano overlooking back garden, door into downstairs bathroom. 1 x 2nd sitting room/music room with TV. Could be used as an additional bedroom. Covered outdoor patio under pergola with outdoor seating and fire. 2nd outdoor uncovered patio area with large dining table and chairs. Spacious garden with trampoline and swing. Upstairs: 1 x spacious master bedroom with super king sized bed, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. 1 xOffice fully tailored for working from home 1x bathroom with bath and shower. 1x bedroom with double bed

Neighbourhood

We are located down a quiet country road with neighbours within walking distance. Very secure property with security camera and alarm. Very safe quiet neighbourhood with local church, cafe, pub a 10minute walk away. 10minute drive to a very busy, tourist town of Ennis, full of restaurants ,shops, pubs. 20mins drive to Lahinch Beach, 45mins drive to Cliffs of Moher and Doolin. 30mins drive to the Burren. 45mins drive to galway city. 20mins drive to Limerick city. 15mins drive to Shannon airport. Perfect place to base yourself to discover the wonderful west of Ireland.

Getting to my home

10mins drive from Shannon airport. Would recommend flying into Shannon. Rail access available direct to Ennis Town which is 10mins drive away. Car recommended and available here.

Clare is set in the idyllic countryside of Ireland’s west, just 10 minutes from a bustling town and a scenic drive from the lively and artistic Galway City—a beloved tourist hub known for its festivals, music, and welcoming spirit. We’re also close to stunning beaches, the dramatic Cliffs of Moher, and the famous Wild Atlantic Way.
