The house is a peaceful retreat, just an 8-minute walk to the beach, and located in a quiet residential area with access to a shared pool and steam room right next door. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy everything this special town has to offer.
Whether you’re dreaming of a beach escape or want a serene base to explore Brazil’s coastline, I’d love to connect. I treat every home I stay in with care and warmth—and I’m always happy to host like-minded travelers who value beauty, comfort, and calm.
The Space
🏠 The Space: Comfortable, Well-Equipped, and Made for Relaxation
Our home is compact, cozy, and spread across two floors, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway with all the comforts of home.
🛋️ Living Area & Kitchen:
The open-plan living room features two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped American-style kitchen with a bar and stools. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including:
• A stove, oven, mini oven, microwave, air fryer, and fridge
• A water filter, cookware, and utensils
• Three types of coffee machines (including a moka pot and drip), perfect for coffee lovers
• And yes, if you’re Brazilian and love your black beans, we’ve got a pressure cooker ready for feijão!
The living room and kitchen also have two powerful ceiling fans and mosquito screens on the windows, so you can enjoy the breeze without worrying about bugs.
Guest Access
🔑 Guest Access:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay. The house is compact and has two floors connected by stairs. On the first floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower, and upstairs there is another bathroom with a shower inside one of the bedrooms. The home also features a private patio by the entrance, a perfect spot to relax after a beach day.
The property is located in a secure building with 24-hour concierge service and surveillance cameras, ensuring your safety and peace of mind. You can arrive at any time and easily pick up the keys, thanks to the always-available front desk staff.
To reach the house, there are a few steps, but nothing too strenuous.
As part of the condominium, you’ll have access to two shared pools and a sauna (steam room). One of the pools and the sauna is conveniently located right next to the house for easy relaxation.
The home is stocked with fresh linens, towels, very fast Wi-Fi, and basic essentials to make your stay comfortable. We’re always available by message or phone to assist you or offer local tips and recommendations!

• Shops, bakeries, small markets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. You can easily grab breakfast or groceries without needing a car.
• While Búzios is walkable in many areas, it’s helpful to use Uber or local taxis for visiting beaches farther out, like João Fernandes, Tartaruga, or Azeda.
• There is usually free and safe street parking right in front of the property if you’re bringing a car.
• Mosquito repellent is recommended during warmer months, especially in the evenings—just part of tropical beach life!
• The house is not in a party zone, so it’s ideal for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
• Expect a more local, beach-town vibe in this area—authentic, warm, and laid-back, with friendly neighbors and the sound of the ocean not far off.

Our home is just an 8-minute walk from Geribá Beach, one of Búzios’ most popular spots for sunbathing, surfing, and enjoying beachside cafés. Nearby, you’ll find Ferradurinha Beach, a calm and scenic cove perfect for snorkeling and paddleboarding. A short drive takes you to the lively Rua das Pedras, full of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. You’re also close to Porto da Barra, João Fernandes, Azeda, and Tartaruga beaches—ideal for boat tours, seafood dining, or relaxing by the sea. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy all the magic of Búzios!
Getting to my home
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just an 8-minute walk from Geribá Beach, one of Búzios’ most beautiful and lively beaches.
If you’re arriving internationally, the nearest major airport is Rio de Janeiro–Galeão International Airport (GIG). From there, you can either:
• Rent a car and drive approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to Búzios via BR-101 and RJ-106, or
• Take a shared shuttle or private transfer, which can be arranged in advance and drops you off directly at the house.
Another option is to take a direct bus from Novo Rio Bus Station in Rio de Janeiro to Búzios (Bus Terminal)—a trip that takes around 3.5 to 4 hours. From the Búzios terminal, it’s just a 10-minute taxi or Uber ride to our place.
Once you’re in Búzios, just follow signs to Praia de Geribá. We’re located near Rua dos Gravatas and Rua das Casuarinas, a short walk from both the beach and local bakeries, markets, and cafés. We’ll send you the exact address and simple arrival instructions once your stay is confirmed.
Nearest airport
✈️ Cabo Frio International Airport (CFB)
• Distance: About 30 km (19 miles) from Búzios
• Travel Time: Approximately 45 minutes by car
This is the closest airport, but it’s a small regional airport with limited flights, mostly domestic. It can be convenient if you’re flying in from São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, or Rio via airlines like Azul or LATAM.

• Distance: About 170 km (105 miles)
• Travel Time: Roughly 2.5 to 3 hours by car, depending on traffic
GIG is the best option for international travelers and has many flight connections. From there, you can drive, take a private transfer, or go by bus/shuttle to Búzios.

Our home is conveniently located in a peaceful residential area of Búzios, just an 8-minute walk to Geribá Beach and close to everything you need for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance, you’ll find local bakeries, mini-markets, cafés, pharmacies, and restaurants, so it’s easy to grab groceries or enjoy a casual meal without needing a car.
For getting around Búzios, Uber and local taxis are readily available and affordable. You’re only a 10-minute drive or ride to Rua das Pedras — the lively downtown area filled with restaurants, nightlife, and boutique shops. If you prefer public transportation, small local vans and shared minibuses pass nearby and can take you to most beaches and attractions in town.
You don’t need a car to enjoy your stay here, but if you have one, free street parking is usually available right in front of the house.
