General Overview

We are so central to so many natural highlights - the beach, the river, the hills, a predator free island with lots of native birds as well as a bird sanctuary. We have been in our home for over 22 years and wouldn't live anywhere else. We get to see a glimpse of great sunsets and often get woken by our native birds.

Jill

We are an middle aged couple who live in the home. We have been hosting guests for over 9 years in our home. we have two bedrooms with a deck and both rooms sharing a bathroom. We never share our rooms with others, so both rooms are yours. We are happy to share our kitchen, our outdoor area and have full alundry facilities. Our home is down a driveway and very secluded with lots of parking. We have a car charger for EVs in the garage. Our home is located very near the beach and a short walk to the shops, the train to Wellington, restaurants, a bar and a lovely river walk. We are keen travellers and love hear other's stories and helping share tips on our beautiful country.
