General Overview
Our house, recently renovated, is quiet and super bright thanks to large bay windows that let the sun into the living room open to the garden. You can enjoy a breakfast in the sun on our long terrace, a good barbecue in the garden or a nap in the deckchairs. And if the sun is not shining, you can enjoy an evening by the stove (board games available, TV with Netflix...). We have a master bedroom as well as an extra bedroom allowing a second bed of 2 people. The house does not have a children's room, nor children's toys, but children are welcome. However, we have the possibility to equip the house with baby equipment if needed. Important: The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Little bonus: We have two little rabbits that live freely in the garden:)
We are in the process of creating 2 new rooms that will be ready for September 2025.
In the summer we install a swimming pool, shallow but perfect for relaxing or for young children.
The Space
Our house is composed, on the ground floor: an entrance, a guest bedroom, a laundry room, two cupboards and a large garage. On the first floor: a living / dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, the toilet, the master bedroom. And on the second floor: two new bedrooms. The garden is accessible from the guest bedroom on the ground floor, the kitchen and the living room via our terrace.

Neighbourhood
Our house is located in a quiet and residential area close to everything we need.
Less than 5 minutes walk from the house there are all the necessary shops: supermarket, grocery store, bakery, butcher, cheese shop, pharmacy, gas station, press... as well as public transport which allows you to be at the station in 15 minutes or in the city centre in just 10 minutes with the bus (direct line).
We love its proximity to the Cens valley which allows a beautiful walk (to run, walk or bike) in the middle of nature but in the heart of Nantes (there is also a playground for children).
We are also not very far from the banks of the Erdre (2km on foot) which offer a beautiful walk along the water's edge.
We also love living in Nantes for all that the city has to offer. If you like to walk around the city, you will love its museums, the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, the narrow streets of the Bouffay district, the Place Graslin, the Lu Tower, the Jardin des Plantes, the Île de Versailles, the Passage Pommeraye, the Machines de l'Ile and the famous Elephant or the very colourful fishing village of Trentemoult.
We will give you all our favorite addresses.
If you like to get away from it all, you'll love cycling along the Loire by bike or renting a kayak or small electric boat on the Erdre.
Nantes is also located at:
- 35 minutes from the Nantes vineyards, the Lake of Grand Lieu and the medieval town of Clisson,
- 45 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and the beaches of La Baule, Pornichet, Pornic or Brittany with the city of Vannes (1 hour) and the Quiberon peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan (1 hour 30 minutes),
- 1h30 / 2h30 from the historic Loire Valley castles, legacies of the kings of France: Saumur (1h35), Royal Fortress of Chinon (1h50), Royal Estate of Amboise (2h30), Tours (2h10)...
- 1 hour of the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou, offering a multitude of grandiose shows and adventures for the whole family and voted best park in the world on several occasions,
- 2 hours by train from Paris (Gare Montparnasse).

Hi all! To introduce us:
Clément is 36 years old, he is a mechanical design engineer. He enjoys running, cycling and sailing. He also likes to prepare good food or share a good barbecue with friends.
Bérangère is 34 years old and is a buyer in photovoltaic construction. She likes to discover new activities all the time, do yoga, sew, bargain hunt and craft all kinds of things. She also loves to eat Clément's dishes and have a good time with her friends.
