General Overview

It's a cute and cozy one bedroom w tons of storage space and has a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. Comes with garage which is always a plus! The building has a pool, fitness center, lounge, conference rooms, outdoors space with BBQ areas and TVs, games room- all the amenities! The apartment can sleep 3 people (2 people in bedroom and one on sofa). Or you can bring an air mattress if you want extra sleep space- there is extra pillows and blankets. 12 min walk to NJ Transit that is one stop away (15min) to New York Penn Station or 12 min to PATH Harrison that will take you to Manhattan WTC in 20 min or 30 min to West Village. 15 min by PATH to Jersey City/Hoboken. There is also variety of restaurants with good food walkable distance from the apartment. Shoprite/Whole Foods is 6min by car.

The Space

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, SodaStream and dishwasher. There is washer and drier in unit. High speed internet. Work station with an extra monitor for one person.

On the 4th floor of 5 floors. Facing the river/pool. There is an elevator in the building.

Quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. Quite a few local restaurants serving yummy food or to just get a drink. Supermarket (Shoprite/WholeFoods/Walmart/Target etc) are all 5-7 min by car.

Getting to my home

Can take NJ Transit (train) from New York Penn Station (15min) or can take PATH train anywhere from Midtown all the way to World Trade Center. West Village is 30min by PATH, World Trade Center is 20 min by PATH. 15 min and you can get to Jersey City/Hoboken.
