Surrounded by native bush and birdlife, yet just a short drive from charming towns like Cygnet and Huonville, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds – peace and privacy with great cafes, markets, and local produce just down the road. Whether you’re into hiking, kayaking, reading by the fire, or simply soaking up the quiet beauty of the landscape, this is a special place to call home for a while. We’re open to house swaps (anywhere considered!) or short-term rentals. Perfect for writers, creatives, remote workers, or anyone who wants to experience the magic of Tasmania. The Space

The house is full of charm with both indoor and outdoor bathtubs and two comfortable bedrooms across two levels. There is a north-facing deck with views over the paddock, perfect for soaking in the winter sun. A private retreat, you can see trees from every window, and the horse and pony next door make great neighbours.

Guest Access

There are some stairs leading to the front door. Ground floor includes living, kitchen, laundry, dining, bathroom, and bedroom with a set of internal stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom.
