General overview

My home is perfect for one person, a couple, or two friends. It's comfortable, has a serene quality and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in San Miguel. It is filled with art and beautiful Mexican crafts which adds to your overall experience. The location is great - easy walking to the Centro Jardin area with friendly neighbors.

The space

3 story home plus rooftop deck/glassed in casita. Ground Floor - entry patio, 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom, 1 small bedroom with single bed. Second Floor - living, dining, kitchen, terrace with table & chairs/breakfast nook, washer/dryer. Third Floor: Artist Studio. Top: Rooftop deck

Guest access

Interior stairs from bedroom to living area. Also exterior stairs from downstairs patio to living area. Stairs to studio and rooftop deck.

Notes

I have one cat, Ginger, who needs to be fed, brushed and given some pets. Clean litter box. She's not vocal and is very easy and sweet.

Neighbourhood

San Miguel is a World Heritage Site, voted the Best City by Travel & Leisure Magazine! My neighborhood, Colonia San Antonio, is close to the beautiful city center without all the noise. It is a safe and family-oriented neighborhood. A quick walk to the Centro Jardin area, to the Mercado, and to the Ancha - a main street with restaurants and shopping. It's a great location!

Getting to my home

Fly into Queretaro or Leon airport and take the Bajiogo shuttle.

Nearest airport

Queretaro - 1 hour away. Book a shared shuttle on www.bajiogo.com

Getting around

You can walk, taxi or uber. Taxis come down my street all the time, or you can call ahead. I walk most everywhere except the larger grocery store or to local, out of town excursions.
