General Overview

My home is peaceful, comfortable and safe. Beautiful beaches, rainforests, country towns, clubs and entertainment and the beautiful Gold Coast are all on its doorstep.

The Space

My home is one of 40 Villas. The ground level includes a double garage, courtyard, kitchen, living room, dining, room, library area, balcony, laundry and powder room. Three bedrooms and ensuite and bathroom are down stairs. The third bedroom is set up as a study. I have a portable cot and change table and a good quality air mattress that can be used.

Guest Access

Two floors. Unfortunately, no wheelchair access to the bedrooms.

Notes

The front gate is coded. The villas have many permanent residents, so this swap would only suit those who are after a quiet spot.
