Our place is a spacious 200 sqm apartment with 50 sqm sunny terrace, all on one floor. From the Livingroom you have a nice view on a canal, so you can watch boats come by, and the sunset. Our area is just on the edge of the city center, so it is quiet, but you can still explore the city on foot. Shops, bars cafes, restaurants are all very close by.
