General Overview

A simple, and small house (82 m2) 400 meters from Campeche beach. It has the traditional architecture of the region. You will have a unique experience of how our family has lived in these surroundings for over 100 years. * Airport: Hercílio Luz (FLN) 20 min by car, Uber or 99Pop * Bus stop number 32, 90 meters from the house. Bus line 462 - Self-check-in: 24 hours, with password. We have an extra physical key in a lock box, if necessary. External cameras - Mini market and bakery 5 minutes walk (650 meters) - Wi-Fi: Optic fibre - Bed linen and towels + clean blankets and pillows (2+ per person) + black towel to remove makeup + beach towel + beach chair + hair dryer + clothes steamer + full-length mirror + hygienic shower beside each toilet + soap + shampoo + conditioner + cleaning products + Insect screens on the windows and the back doors + Full kitchen (pots, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, children's plates and cups...) - BEDS: BEDROOM 1: 1 King size (Density 28, D28) Guldi®; BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds (D33) + 1 wooden crib (internal measurements): 130 x 60 x 43 cm (length x width x depth). Ortobom® crib mattress (D18). The crib is in the single room and does not fit into the master bedroom. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms. -- BABY: Crib sheets, bath and beach towels, blanket and bathtub. We no longer have a changing table. The crib is in the single room and does not fit into the master bedroom. - Air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms and TV room (please turn it off at least 8 hours a day) - No pool. Safer for small children and pets - Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Fire extinguisher. First aid kit. Emergency lighting - Noise: construction at the end of the street - Uncovered parking for 2 cars, manually opened gate. # CLEANING: --- R$350 (Brazilian Reals) except reciprocal exchange (simultaneous or non-simultaneous) -- - House disinfected with Herbalvet® (bactericide, fungicide, protozoaricide and viricide) #PETS: Max. 2 with active anti-rabies vaccine. Never leave pets alone in the house. ✓ If you bring a pet, a fee of R$400 will be charged due to the longer cleaning time to remove animal hair from the house. #KINDNESS: 1. Children under 18 years old, accompanied by one of their parents (Brazilian Law) 2. Silence: from 9 PM - 7 AM 3. No parties 4. No smoking or vaping. No incense 5 No visitors during the stay. 6. No extra guests after the exchange is confirmed 7. No toilet paper in the toilet #ARRIVAL: After 2 PM; -- PRE-DEPARTURE: 1. Dishes washed or use the dishwasher (we prefer; soap provided); 2. Remove your trash leaving it inside the white trash bin on our sidewalk; 3. Hang used towels inside the house; 4. There is no need to remove bed linens, they will all go to the Laundromat. Welcome! # DEPARTURE: Before 12:00 (12 AM, mid-day). If your flight or bus leaves at night, please add an extra day to your exchange request.

✓ This is our second home, which we rent on digital platforms. Although we occasionally host families with pets, we prefer to exchange with pet-free, smoke-free, and incense-free accomodations (items that leave strong odours even when removed from the environment). If you have pets, we will happily host you for a Globe or Pluto(s). Small houses/apartments, within walking distance of bus or train stops, with 1 Key per adult, Wi-Fi and laundry machine are ideal for us.

Somos uma família com um lindo filho, Estêvão (2020). Não fumamos e não temos pets. Minha mãe viaja conosco sempre que pode. Gostamos de descobrir cidades com boa comida, jardins botânicos, biblioteca pública, música clássica e Águas Termais! Somos respeitosos e silenciosos. Apreciamos cidades com transporte público e, acomodações pequenas com wi-fi, 1 chave por adulto e lava-roupas (mais fácil viajar com uma mochila). Gostamos de presentear nosso anfitrião e, gostaríamos de receber uma lembrança da sua região, como um cartão postal. Será uma alegria trocarmos contigo! **ENGLISH We have a beautiful son, Estêvão (2020). Non-smokers, and we don´t have pets. My mother travels with us whenever she can. We are happy to discover cities with good food, bothanical gardens, public libraries, classical music, and Thermal waters! We are quiet and respectful. We appreciate cities with public transport, small accommodations with Wi-Fi, 1 key per adult, and washing machines (it's easier to travel with a backpack). We gift our hosts and would love to receive a souvenir from your region as well, like a postcard. Will be a pleasure to exchange with you!
