LONG-TERM HOME EXCHANGE (3–4 YEARS) We are looking to exchange our home for a house or a spacious apartment in residential areas of Sweden such as: Djursholm, Bromma, Östermalm, Lidingö, Täby, or Saltsjöbaden. 📍 About our home in Spain (La Nucía, near Benidorm): La Nucía is a quiet, green hillside town located at the foot of the Puig Campana and Sierra de Bernia mountains. Just 7 km from the Mediterranean coast (10 minutes by car to the beaches of Benidorm), the town sits at approximately 250 meters above sea level.
