General Overview
A three-bedroom home with open plan living and large outdoor decking overlooking an 8 m x4m pool. Walkable to Mooloolaba Beach and Alexandra Headland beach and their beach front cafes and shops.
The Space
We have a two-story house with the main living upstairs. Downstairs has two bedrooms the laundry room and bathroom. Access to the pool area, downstairs outdoor area and garden. Upstairs has a large wood decking with outdoor furniture, it is a great place to catch the cool sea breezes. It overlooks the pool access to which is via the stairs from the decking. The kitchen and front room are open planned hallway leads to the bedroom and bathroom.
Guest Access
The house is not suitable for really young children. The house is two story's. There is room to park two cars on the driveway.

Neighbourhood
The house is in a residential area, walkable to beaches, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket (all within a 10 minute walk). The Bruce Highway is a short drive away this allows easy access to Brisbane (the South) or Noosa (the North). The Bruce Highway makes it accessible to the nearby Hinterland (Maleny, Montville and Mapleton). The Glass House Mountains are great to explore if you enjoy climbing or hiking.
Getting to my home
The nearest international airport is Brisbane which is approximately 100 kilometers away. The domestic airport is a 15 minute drive away, with daily flights to Sydney, Melbourne and other Australian destinations. A car is the easiest way to travel around the Sunshine Coast. There is a bus stop in our road for local destinations also Nambour, Landsborough and Woombye train stations are nearby.

Brisbane International Airport is approximately 100 kilometers away. Sunshine Coast airport is approximately 10 kilometers away.
Getting Around
The local shops (including a supermarket) are a 10 minute walk away. Two beaches are also a ten minute walk away as are numerous cafes and restaurants.
