General Overview

What I like best about my home, is that it's quite simple, but with a lot of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming space. The terrace is my favorite spot to relax while drinking tea and reading a book, or sharing good moments with friends under the open sky. I also love to be able to walk in just a few minutes to the beautiful city center, especially on market days, yet just as quickly escape into the peaceful countryside and enjoy the gentle presence of the Garonne.

Eliska

My 11-year-old daughter, our 16-year-old cat, and I live in the southwest of France, about 25 km north of Toulouse. We both love to travel (the cat not so much...). Last summer, we took a month-long train trip through Italy, and this summer we will discover part of Germany and Switzerland on our train trip to Prague (where our family is from). We also have the exciting prospect of planning a trip around the world, perhaps for 2026/2027. We love meeting new people, especially from different cultures. We are both fluent in French and English as well as some Spanish. I also speak Czech (my mother tongue) and a little Dutch, as I spent several years in the Netherlands. We can't wait to discover beautiful people and places through "People Like Us"!
