General Overview

We often tell people that our home is sneaky big—its curbside appeal is cute and quaint, but it provides a surprising amount of space, comfortability, and a peaceful backyard that leads to woods. The second floor feels like a large open apartment with a living area, a kitchen and dining area, along with a master bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs feels like an entirely different home with an additional living space, 3 more bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a laundry room, and access to the enclosed back porch. The house is built on a hill which is very rare in the lowcountry. Our favorite part about living here is how quiet it feels in the middle of a suburban neighborhood.

The Space

2 living rooms (sofas in both upstairs and downstairs) 1 kitchen + a dining area 4 bedrooms - 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins 3 bathrooms 1 laundry room 1 screen porch large backyard with plenty of trees there is a smart TV in each of the bedrooms as well as the living rooms

There are 2 points of entry for our guests: the front and back door entrances both have keypad deadbolts.

Lindsay

We are a blended family made up of 2 adults, 4 kids (although one is a young adult living in California for college) and 2 dogs. Brad is the dad and Lindsay is the bonus mom. It often feels like we are constantly on the go, but when we are all home, we seem to be on top of each other in one area. Safe to say our family would survive just fine with minimal privacy. When the kids are at their moms, it’s just the 2 of us with our dogs, Tina and Otis.
