welcome to my little slice of Paris — a cozy, character-filled apartment designed with love, personality, and a deep appreciation for nature and vintage charm. this 1-bedroom apartment (35m²) comfortably hosts up to 4 guests, with a plush queen-size bed (160x200) and a convertible sofa in the spacious living area. the entire space is bathed in natural light and filled with calm energy, thanks to large windows that open onto a peaceful internal garden with a towering tree, a rare green view in the city that makes you feel instantly at ease. the apartment is on the 1st French floor (2nd globally), and it’s decorated with care. it has everything you need to feel at home: high-speed WiFi, a washing machine, oven, stovetop, fridge, and essentials for cooking and relaxing. perfect for both a shorter or a longer stay. the neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and very well connected. metro line 8 gets you into central Paris in under 20 minutes, and you’ll find plenty of charming local shops, supermarkets, organic stores, brasseries, and some excellent boulangeries just a short stroll away. but the true gem: you're just a 1-minute walk from the Bois de Vincennes — the largest green space in Paris. i moved here for that exact reason. if you enjoy running, walking, picnicking, or simply being surrounded by trees and birdsong, while still being in the city, this is a dream spot.
