General Overview
Detached house on south-facing and dominant wooded land. It is located in the centre of the village, within walking distance of all the shops and markets. The garden is on two levels, a first to the south with private parking and a second to the north with a beautiful terrace shaded by wisteria, on the ground floor with the living rooms. Halfway between the valley of the Gardon and that of the Hérault, there is a great proximity to access to swimming and white water sports places (15/25 km). The Vidourle can also be bathed on foot from the house; St Hippolyte du fort is in direct proximity to the national park, the Cevennes, historic cities such as Nimes, Montpellier, Uzès (1h/1h30, high sites such as the cirque of Navacelle, and also the Mediterranean Sea; The region is very cultural, there are many festivals, concerts, shows in the area all summer long.

My experience of renting and sharing a house is old, I practiced it for several years in my old house. I have been living in this new house for 5 years, the time needed for renovations and the decoration of the garden; The house is now ready for new exchanges, meetings and travels; it is available in the summer season from June to October, and in winter from mid-December to the end of January; See you soon, looking forward to meeting
