General Overview
Our new home is ten minutes from a trendy shopping precinct with many cafes and restaurants. A 15-minute walk to the Brisbane River where the City Cats run every 15 minutes to Brisbane city center, South Bank and many other areas of interest. Our home is 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Queensland Turf Club (Eagle Farm). Easy access to the motorway to the Gold Coast and the Sunshine coast, one and a half hours drive to both.
The Space
Our new home built this year (2025) is a double story home with 3 bedrooms on the upper level. One large master bedroom with en-suite, 2 walk-in wardrobes and balcony. There are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate toilet. Also on the upper level there is a large living area, library and balcony.
On the lower level there is a guest bedroom with ensuite. There is a large living area with dining, kitchen with butler's pantry and a patio.
There is a large back yard and a front lawn.
Guest Access
Entrance to the lower level has only one step. There are 16 stairs to the upper level.
Notes
There is a single railway line at the back of the home and 5 minutes' walk to the station to catch the Brisbane City train. There is also a bus within walking distance to the city and to the Arts and Museum, also the City Cat is available to the Arts and Museums.
