Located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, our town is known for its beautiful lakes surrounded by mountains, with vineyards, and stunning hiking trails. And only about a 45-50 minute drive from our home is the gorgeous Big White ski resort! Our family gets seasons passes every year, and ski all winter while still able to enjoy the comforts of home and the city amenities each day. Kelowna is known for having the best climate in Canada with very mild winters, little snow in the town but plenty of the good powder where its needed up at Big White! Our home is in a beautiful, well maintained, quiet, and secure gated community within Kelowna's Upper Mission/Kettle Valley. This large, comfortable 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, plus office, 3 level family home with spacious backyard and outdoor pool, is close to all amenities (bus stops, a brand new shopping centre, cafes/restaurants, fitness facilities), while still being on natures doorstep: gorgeous views, trails, the lake, and parks within walking distance or a short (several minute) drive. You will be sure to enjoy staying here!

The Space

3 Level, 4 bedroom, plus office, 5 bathrooms, open plan living and kitchen area, large granite island counter in kitchen. Plenty of storage with 2 additional rooms. Balcony looking out to mountains, the tree line and with a small lake view. Spacious 3-car garage with some gym equipment and treadmill. In-ground pool and patio area with outdoor furniture, and very large, fenced backyard with volleyball net.

Neighbourhood

Secure, private and quiet gated community. Ideal and very safe for young children. Park and playground right across street, and small shopping centre with local restaurant less than a 5 minute walk. A 10 minute drive to a larger shopping centre with bigger grocery store. Public transit also right there.

Getting to my home

From Vancouver its around a 45 minute flight or a 4 hour drive.

Nearest airport

Our home is about a 20 minute drive from Kelowna airport.

Getting Around

There is a bus stop right outside our gated community, and regular taxi services as well as Uber.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids aged 15, 17) living in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada - a region well known to have Canada's best climate, and for its picturesque surrounds (lakes, mountains, vineyards, Big White ski resort).
