General Overview

Our home is nice 3 bd room house on the main floor with all needed utensils except for the washing/dryer which is shared with our tenants in the basement. Basement unit is absolutely separate and they have no access to the main floor. No pets, no smoking. There is a patio at the backyard. 2 min walk to the bus stop, 10 min ride to the c-train station. There will be bikes for you if you wish. Just a cosy house where you can feel safe and comfortable while exploring Calgary or places nearby.

The Space

3 bedrooms. Two with queen sized beds and one bd with a single bed. There are five steps at the entrance. A big living-dining room with fireplace.

Guest Access

You will have the main floor space and need to go downstairs to do the laundry.
