What we love most about our home is the peaceful forest view from the 23rd floor — it brings a calming, grounding energy even in the heart of the city. The floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with sunlight all day, and our cozy, tropical coastal-inspired interior makes it feel like a little escape. It’s a quiet, restful space — yet just 15 minutes away from lively areas like Hongdae and Yeonnam-dong, so you can enjoy both sides of Seoul: vibrant and serene.
We also love the amenities in our building, including a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and even a café — perfect for relaxing or recharging without leaving home.
The Space
Our home is a spacious and sun-filled 3-bedroom condo located on the 23rd floor of a high-rise complex in Sangam, Seoul. With about 115 square meters (1,240 sq ft) of living space, it offers a peaceful forest view that makes you feel connected to nature — all while being in the heart of the city.
The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows that let in abundant natural light throughout the day. There’s no building directly in front of us, so the view is completely open and green — it feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s the perfect space to relax.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a vanity, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There’s also a small private balcony where you can enjoy coffee or brunch with a view.
The second bedroom includes a full-sized bed and a clothing care appliance, making it great for couples or families with children.
The third room is set up as a home office/media room with a large monitor and desk — ideal for remote work or creative projects. Also, you can watch your favorite shows on the 75” smart TV.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the apartment, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and private balcony.
Our building is part of a gated community with 24/7 security and a staffed lobby on the ground floor, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. The unit is located on the 23rd floor and is easily accessible via large guest elevators as well as a separate service elevator — perfect for bringing in luggage or larger items with ease.

Our home is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood in Sangam, Seoul. It’s very safe, well-connected, and close to parks, cafés, and major attractions like Hongdae and Yeonnam-dong — just 15 minutes away by car.
Getting to my home
From Incheon International Airport, it takes about 40–50 minutes by airport express subway to reach DMC Station, the closest station to our home. The apartment is located about 800 meters from DMC Station, and you can either take a direct local bus or grab a taxi — it’s a very short ride and usually costs just the base fare.
By car or taxi, the trip from the airport typically takes around 40–50 minutes, depending on traffic. The route is direct and easy to navigate.
