General Overview

A spacious (110 sqm ) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in the highly sought after neighbourhood of Flaminio. The apartment is located within a gated complex on the top floor (5th) with elevator access. Conveniently positioned across the street from a main bus terminal (Piazza Mancini) and tram line 2 which takes you directly from your doorstep to the thriving historical centre (Piazza del Popolo) in less than 20 minutes. The area is bustling with wonderful restaurants, bars, and gelaterie as well as cultural landmarks including the MAXXi: National Museum of the 21st century (330m), Ponte Milvio (550m), and the Stadio Olympico (990m). Flaminio offers the perfect balance between metropolitan life; with an abundance of all necessary services and conveniences; and a quieter residential feel.

The Space

The apartment itself is comprised of one large bedroom with a single floor bed. A fold up bed can also be provided upon request. As it is our daughter's room, there are a selection of children's toys and books at your disposal. A second smaller bedroom is equipped with double bed, workspace and ensuite bathroom (including shower, toilet, sink and bidet). The main bathroom has a large bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak after a busy day of exploring the city. There is a large open living and dining space which can host up to 6 people for meals. The kitchen is small but well equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There are ample supplies for cooking and serving a delicious Italian feast. There is also access to a rooftop (terrazzo) where you can hang your laundry or simply take in some of the surrounding view. The apartment is child friendly with the aforementioned toys/books in addition to a high chair and cot (for infants up to 10kg).
