Neighbourhood
Morges is a picturesque village nestled on the shores of Lake Léman, just next to Lausanne. It offers the charm and warmth of a small town, while still providing all the conveniences you might need during your stay. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants and is a bustling town with market days on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Thanks to its central location and short train rides to other Swiss cities, Morges makes a great base for exploring the region. In winter, the closest ski resorts are just a 45-minute drive away, while the warmer months offer fantastic hiking opportunities. Summer by the lake is especially vibrant, with plenty to do—from swimming at the local outdoor pool to kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake.
