General Overview

Our flat is in Kreuzberg, a lively and multicultural district in Berlin. There are loads of bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area. Close to the subway stations Kottbusser Tor and Görlitzer Bahnhof, it's very centrally located in Kreuzberg 36, not far from the canal, with the Turkish market and flea market in the summer. Please note, two friendly cats are living in the apartment. Very quiet, located on the 2nd floor facing two inner courtyards, which is a nice contrast to the busy street.

The Space

The building is over 100 years old, featuring beautiful hardwood floors and high ceilings. 150 m2. Bedrooms: Small bedroom with a queen-sized bed (160 cm) Guest room with a single bed + extra mattress (each 80 cm) Children's (teenagers) room with a full-size bunk bed for two (each 140 cm) There is a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub) + a big studio (old factory), perfect for remote working. There are also 2 bikes to borrow.
