General Overview

We live on a beautiful 5-acre property (3 acres fenced) on Whidbey Island that was landscaped by a master gardener for four-season interest. The custom home is well constructed and well insulated, with large southwest-facing windows that bring in warmth and light. The kitchen is our favorite room in the house! The layout and appliances are perfect for cooking and baking, and it is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Because the house is three stories (primary suite on the third level, three bedrooms on the lowest level), it is very private. Someone can be watching TV in the first floor media room and not disturb someone reading or sleeping in upstairs rooms.
