General Overview
It is located in a large residential area and yet is very quiet. A large balcony, 3 bedrooms and play areas in the green strips between the buildings makes the apartment family-friendly. You can easily move around the city and the surrounding area by public transport. A tomcat, 2 rabbits and 2 turtles keep friendly company.
The Space
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 1 children's room with a simple bed, a children's room with a bed and bed drawer (=2 sleeping places). A living room with couch with bed function (=2 additional beds) and piano,
However, no TV, and open kitchen make the apartment very family-friendly. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The balcony has a small table and a seating area (like couch).
Guest Access
1st floor, with elevator. There is a low-rise parking space. Roadside parking in the area is free.
Notes
In the apartment lives a friendly cat "Nellin", who also likes to be outside, but wants to come in to sleep and eat. It would be nice if the guests could feed him, pet him and let him into the apartment or out when the opportunity arises.
In addition, 2 rabbits and 2 turtles live on the balcony. But they can stay with family members without any problems. If the guests enjoy the animals and want to follow them, they can stay there. That would have to be discussed. The cat cannot be relocated so easily.

Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is quiet, the people are friendly but rather withdrawn. Everyone goes their own way and you leave each other alone. The guests should pay attention to this and not hold parties with loud music, because my peaceful livelihood with the neighborhood should not be clouded.
