The flat is located in a large residential area and is still very quiet. A big balcony, 3 bedrooms, and play areas in the green spaces between the buildings make the apartment family-friendly. You can get around the city and surrounding area easily by public transport.

The Space

There are 3 bedrooms, each with a bed (1 with an extra bed drawer). A living room with a sofa (can be extended to 2 extra sleeping spaces) and an open kitchen make the apartment very family-friendly. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The balcony has a small table and a seating area.

Guest Access

1st floor, with elevator. There is an underground parking space. Parking on the street in the area is free.

Notes

In the apartment lives a friendly cat named 'Nellin,' who also likes being outside but wants to come in for sleeping and eating. It would be nice if guests could feed him, pet him, and let him in or out occasionally. But guests would not be responsible and don't need to get stressed, if the cat didn't show up.

There are also 2 rabbits and 1 tortoise on the balcony. They can easily stay  fammy family members, while we are not at home and guests are staying in the flat. If guests enjoy being around animals and want to take care of them, the animals can stay as well. This is would be a question of arrangements in advance. The cat cannot be relocated.

Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is quiet, the people are friendly but rather reserved. Everyone goes their own way and minds their own business. Guests should keep this in mind and not throw parties with loud music, because I don't want my peaceful coexistence with the neighbours to be disturbed.

Getting Around

Bus stops are about a 10-minute walk away. With one transfer, it takes around 35 minutes to get to the city center. There are regional buses that also go to the surrounding areas, as well as the S-Bahn from the Murpark shopping center, which goes to nearby towns and all the way to the border with Hungary and Slovenia.
