Just minutes from a major shopping, and public transport, it’s the perfect base for your next adventure. Full of light, modern, large peaceful place to holiday and experience Brisbane life. Use it as a base to explore stunning Gold and Sunshine coasts too! We live in Indooroopilly, 10 minute walk to a train station that takes to to the city.

The Space

Our home features 4 generous bedrooms, 4 modern bathrooms, and an open-plan living/dining area that opens out to a covered patio—perfect for enjoying Brisbane’s sunny weather. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, while the private garden and backyard offer space for kids to play or adults to relax. Fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and air conditioning throughout ensure a comfortable stay.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the private backyard, laundry facilities, and a secure garage. The house is fully self-contained with everything needed for a comfortable and extended stay. We’re happy to provide recommendations, guides, and support throughout your stay. There are stairs between the floors with no ramps or elevators.

Indooroopilly is a sought-after suburb known for its green spaces, excellent shopping, and proximity to the Brisbane River. You’ll be just a short stroll from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, cafes, parks, and walking trails. The area is safe, quiet, and ideal for both relaxation and exploration. Major attractions like the Brisbane CBD and South Bank are easily accessible. We are also nestled between two golf courses for any golf lovers.

Getting to my home

From Brisbane CBD, it’s a quick 15-minute drive or 20-minute train ride to reach our home. If you’re coming by car, Glencairn Avenue is a quiet, tree-lined street with plenty of parking and a strong community vibe.

Nearest airport

Brisbane Airport (BNE) is approximately 25–30 minutes by car (depending on traffic), or about 45 hour by train with a transfer at Central Station.

Getting Around

Public transport is excellent—Indooroopilly Train Station is just a 10-minute walk away, and frequent bus services are nearby. Whether you're heading to the city, the beaches of the Gold Coast, or exploring Queensland's hinterland, this location makes it all easy.
