Our home is located in a quiet and secure gated community in San Miguel de Allende, a UNESCO World Heritage Colonial gem. This city is recognized worldwide for its baroque architecture, its vibrant artistic and cultural scene, and its magical atmosphere that visitors from all over the world fall in love with. The house is surrounded by gardens, hummingbirds nesting near the terrace, and spectacular views at sunrise and sunset. Inside the condo, guests can enjoy an immaculate pool, fully equipped fitness center, and Pilates Reformer classes available for $15 USD per one-hour session. In addition, we have a free shuttle service from Tuesday to Sunday, ideal for exploring the city without worries. San Miguel invites you to discover it on foot: from the iconic Parish Church of San Miguel Arcángel, to the charming Main Garden, passing through galleries such as Fábrica La Aurora, the La Esquina Museum, and the natural oasis of El Charco del Ingenio. You can also enjoy hot springs, craft markets, open-air concerts, and world-class cuisine. Whether you're looking for inspiration, relaxation, or adventure, this neighborhood offers the best of both worlds: tranquility and direct connection to Mexico's cultural heartland.

The Space

Casa Antigua: spaciousness, comfort and modern Mexican design in harmony with nature. Located in a serene setting overlooking the ravine and the pool, this bright two-story house combines functionality and warmth with a colorful and modern Mexican style decoration, full of artisanal details, vivid textiles and vegetation that gives life to every corner. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and the option of a 4th bedroom on the ground floor thanks to a practical Murphy bed in the living room. In total, there are 7 queen size beds cleverly distributed to comfortably accommodate families or large groups. The bedrooms offer Smart TVs, and the living room has a 70" screen, perfect for movie nights. The terrace on the ground floor has a beautiful view of the ravine and the pool, and invites you to rest with 3 hammocks that sway between plants and breeze. The rooftop garden is another of its great charms: with a grill, privacy and spectacular views of the sunrise, sunset and the dam, it is the ideal place for memorable meetings. The house is new, spacious and surrounded by plants, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and 300 megabyte Wi-Fi that even reaches the terrace. Only dog pets are allowed, as long as they are careful and respectful of the space.

Guest Access

The house is distributed over two levels plus a beautiful roof garden full of life. From the entrance, the space invites you to enjoy its spaciousness and natural light. The house has internal stairs that connect the two floors, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The roof garden is one of its most special spaces: a green corner with natural plants that require care and attention. If you stay here, we ask that you water and care for them with love—they are part of the soul of the place. The style of the house reflects my personality: I love order, cleanliness and well-kept details, and I look forward to guests valuing it and keeping it that way during their stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, comfortable, bright and with enchanting views, ideal for resting, reading or simply enjoying the scenery. In addition, you will have access to private parking for two cars, right in front of the house, for added security and convenience.

In addition, the community offers a free shuttle service from Tuesday to Sunday, which takes you comfortably to the historic center, self-service stores and the Luciérnaga shopping center, located just a 5-minute walk away. You'll also find a pharmacy right next to the development, a petrol station in front and, just a 7-minute walk away, the traditional market on wheels "La Placita" on Tuesdays and Sundays. The house is decorated in a modern and colorful Mexican style, with handcrafted details, vibrant textiles, and lots of plants. As a hostess, I am very tidy and caring, and I expect my guests to share that respect for the space. Only dog pets are accepted, always under supervision and with care of the furniture and green spaces.

Getting to my home

Arriving is easy and safe, whether by road, plane or bus. Antigua Residencial is located within the community of Villa de los Frailes, in the southern area of San Miguel de Allende, just 10 minutes by car from the historic center and with excellent connectivity from different parts of the country. 🚗 By car Since: Mexico City: Take Highway 57D to Querétaro and then the detour to San Miguel de Allende; The journey takes between 3.5 and 4 hours. Querétaro: the trip takes about 1 hour. León or Guanajuato capital: about 1.5 hours. Once in San Miguel, getting to Antigua is very easy from the road to Celaya; its location in Villa de los Frailes is ideal for its easy access and residential atmosphere. ✈️ By plane The nearest airports are: Querétaro (QRO) – 1 hour away León (BJX) – 1.5 hours away Mexico City (MEX) – 3.5 hours away From any you can take a private shuttle, taxi, Uber or rent a car. There are also shared services that can be booked in advance. 🚌 By bus From Mexico City, you can board a luxury bus (ETN or Primera Plus) from the North Terminal.
