Our home is close to the Cathedral city of Wells , a 12 minute drive and also 30 minutes from Bath and Bristol.
It has a very warm and friendly feel we are so often told. with log burners and an Aga for the winter and French doors, a large garden and sunny terrace for the summe. Great walks from the door and a fabulous destination pub in the village. Also a friendly community.

Mostly it will be myself and my husband Chris but occasionally it maybe with our 3 older children aged 20 upwards but more likely in the summer.
My family are Chris and myself who are recent empty nesters. A daughter who lives in Sydney so we would be hoping to visit her again in Oct /Nov 2024 and are going this December hence the availability. We also have son in London and a daughter at university.
We are a close family who live in a good sized family home in the country but close to 3 amazing cities Bristol , Wells and Bath. Its a quiet village with a great destination pub ( The Litton) and beautiful walks nearby from the door and a reservoir area on our doorstep.
