Welcome to our modern bungalow in Emba – a quiet residential neighbourhood in the heart of Paphos. Our home is centrally located, yet in a small, peaceful cul-de-sac – ideal for combining proximity to the city with the tranquility of island life. The Space

The house is built on the ground floor and offers everything you need for a relaxed stay on one level. The large windows let in plenty of light into the open-plan living spaces, which lead directly to the terrace with pool – perfect for breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening. In the garden, a trampoline and comfortable seating invite you to linger. Next to the house grow a guava tree and an olive tree – two small Mediterranean highlights that provide shade and fragrance in summer. The bungalow has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, which means that every guest can look forward to sufficient privacy: 💤 Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace 👧👦 Two children's rooms, each with its own bathroom – ideal for families or friends 💻 An office/guest room with sleeping facilities – can be used flexibly as a retreat or work area All rooms are on one level, with only a few small steps and edges.

Neighbourhood

Emba is strategically located: just a few minutes away from beaches, restaurants, shopping and the historic centre of Paphos. Despite its central location, the neighborhood is quiet and familiar – a place where you can hear the cicadas, but not the street noise.

Getting to my home

The best way to get there is via Paphos Airport (about 20 minutes drive). Alternatively, Larnaca Airport is also possible (approx. 1.5 hours). A rental car is recommended to explore the island flexibly.
