General Overview

The house has a typical 30's vibe with stained glass. What i love about the house is that it is characteristic and that it is very close to everything Rotterdam has to offer. The city centre and central station are a ten minute walk, but in the neighbourhood too there are plenty of restaurants, cafe's and a lovely park. What is special about the house and which is very typical for rotterdam houses from this period is that the first floor is mine, the second of my neighbours and the third floor one half is mine and the other half is theirs. Something worth considering :).
