You’ll enjoy two fully private floors with your own bedroom and workspace (with small rooftop, overseeing the canals), plus access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for anyone who wants to experience the city like a local: stylish, peaceful, and central. Our canal house is divided into five floors. The basement and ground floor are rented by one of us who has their own private space and entrance. The second floor has the shared kitchen, the third floor is your private bedroom and (shared) bathroom, and on the fifth floor there's your quiet workspace with a small private rooftop terrace. Our home is located along one of the most iconic canals in Amsterdam, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of museums, markets, cafés, and public transport. Guests have access to: • A spacious, bright private bedroom with canal view • A top-floor room with desk and fast WiFi, ideal for remote work • A cozy little rooftop terrace next to the workspace — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine • A large, well-equipped shared kitchen • A modern shared bathroom with bath & shower • A washer and dryer for your laundry needs • Original details like wooden beams, high ceilings, and big windows • A warm, modern & quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city We’re two quiet, working professionals (30+) living in the house — respectful and open. You’ll have lots of privacy, as your rooms are on separate floors from one of us that is living in the ground floor & basement. We’re always happy to help with tips or a local recommendation if you like.
