General Overview
My tri-level home is a few moments' walk to a park and playground and surrounded by many open space trails. Close to downtown, recreation center, grocery stores, and all Louisville has to offer; easy drive or public transportation to Boulder and Denver.
The Space
My home is a 1,700-ft tri-level. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one of which also has a desk/workspace. Excellent WIFI throughout the house. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a second, full bath is in the hallway. A third bath with a shower and laundry facilities is downstairs where the family room is. The expansive kitchen and living room area open to both the front yard and the back patio/yard where there is a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining and seating area. The house has central heating and air conditioning for comfort all year around. My kitchen truly has everything you'd need to prepare meals, and whether playing croquet in the back yard, watching TV with the family, or curling up with a book and a cup of tea, you will be comfortable in my home.
Guest Access
This house has a living room, kitchen, and dining room on the main floor, but all bathrooms and bedrooms are up or down stairs. Guests may park in the attached parking garage, in the driveway, or on the street.
Notes
I have no pets, but I do have a fully fenced yard and would be open to guests' pets, with express permission.

Neighbourhood
Louisville itself is a vibrant little city, especially in the summer, with free outdoor concerts, a weekly farmer's market, street fairs, and unique restaurants and shops. There are numerous parks and open space biking/walking trails, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hiking opportunities, and a nearby shopping mall. Located between Boulder and Denver, it offers easy access to outdoor activities in the foothills and city experiences in Denver.
Getting to my home
From Denver International Airport, my home is a 40-minute drive toward the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. There is also a bus to/from the airport, but with luggage, you'd need an Uber ride to the house.
Nearest airport
Denver International Airport, 40 miles from the house
Getting Around
It is a 6-minute drive, 25-minute walk, or 8 minute bike ride to the downtown area, and about the same distance to a large grocery store or to the city recreation center. There is another commercial area of town about a 10 minute drive from the house. There are city busses about a 15 minute walk from the house.
