About the Home: - 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed - 1 full bathroom - 2 workspaces - both workspaces located in the bed room featuring adjustable desks, external monitors, and ergonomic chairs - Washer & dryer in-unit - State of the art gym, pool, hot tub in building - Co-working space with conference room and sound proof booths - AC & heat Special touches to help you enjoy your stay: - Parachute linens & bedding for maximum comfort - Blackout curtains in the main bedroom - Kiehl's bath products for a little pampering/luxury - Fellow kettle & coffee grinder to enjoy your morning cup of coffee

Guest Access

We have an elevator in the building and our condo is only one floor.

Notes

Cleaning: - We host multiple stays while we are gone and collect a $120 cleaning fee to ensure the home is clean and tidy between guests. 100% of the cleaning fees goes to our cleaners. Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for young children and pets.

Nicole

We are a couple in our 30s with no kids who enjoy both the city and the outdoors. We are both remote tech workers and enjoy the flexibility of being able to work from anywhere. We value a peaceful home, and have set up our place to reflect that, with each space thought through and purpose driven for maximum enjoyment. Exchanges we are looking for: - Reciprocal swaps (~2 weeks at a time) with solo travelers or couples in NYC, San Francisco/Bay Area, or Southern California as we have family and friends in these places. - Reciprocal Thurs-Sunday swaps with folks that live in mountain towns in Colorado, so we can explore more of what this beautiful state has to offer! We are also open to reciprocal swaps in other parts of the US or Mexico throughout the year and Internationally in either Asia or Europe 2x a year.
